If the customer places an order, the message is also sent to the customer. However, the message is no longer going to me, the same in the back office I want to send a test message, Failed to authenticate on SMTP server with username "my_email_address" using 3 possible authenticators. Authenticator LOGIN returned Expected response code 235 but got code "535", with message "535-5.7.8 Username and Password not accepted. Authenticator PLAIN returned Expected response code 235 but got code "535", with message "535-5.7.8 Username and Password not accepted. Authenticator XOAUTH2 returned Expected response code 250 but got code "535", with message "535-5.7.8 Username and Password not accepted. Only if it was a password error or a wrong user, would it also be a problem sending messages from the store, and it works. Maybe someone is able to suggest where to look for a solution?
