URL of product in cart

Hi,

in PS1.7.8.1, for an external tool, I need to understand what is the URL when a product is added to the cart?
In other words, the input is the product URL and the output is the URL with the product inside the cart.
Is that possibile?

Here is an example, product id:

https://www.site.com/category/1-3-product-name.html#/1-size_small
https://www.site.com/category/1-3-product-name.html#/2-size_medium
https://www.site.com/category/1-3-product-name.html#/3-size_large

The URL always displays:
https://www.tappetimoderni.it/carrello?action=show

Any help please?
