Prestashop Checkout pending order status

Hi everyone.

I received the first orders on Prestashop 1.7.7.2 with Ps Checkout 2.15.5, some orders have a "Pending" payment status.

I have set the orders on Prestashop as delivered and with courier shipping tracking code, but they always remain as pending even after days.

The orders of November 11th and December 3rd are "Completed", while the others are pending.

Is it necessary to set up shipment tracking directly from the Paypal.com interface? Isn't there an automatic synchronization?

Could it be due to a Paypal block because they are the first sales?

The order status, when changed to "delivered", is synchronized with Paypal?

I suppose that Prestashop is not syncing the order status with Paypal, because transactions on paypal.com are without tracking code and not marked as shipped..

Out agency is not recommending ps checkout at this time to. We just did new client intake who has issues with ps checkout.  It's new and has several open issues in github.  We are removing their ps checkout with our in-house checkout module and independent payment modules.

I don't have the Paypal module but the Prestashop Checkout module.

Yes it has open issues in github.  Our new client was having sporadic customer checkout complaints, we were not able to reproduce.  Keep in mind this is new ps feature which tend to be buggy out of the box.  Open source is community tested.  Also we do not like that you cannot use addon to contact for support, only via github.
