Hendrik1993
Hi all, I am really hoping someone can assist me here. I am not sure what I can do anymore. So I installed the latest Prestashop version (1.7.8.2) and the installation completed successfully. However, when I log into the back office, I will work for about 5 minutes and then I will receive an error. After some investigation, I noticed that Prestashop or some Module is deleting the following two files: /classes/Tools.php /vendor/tecnickcom/tcpdf/tcpdf.php When I replace these two files, the site will be up and running again for about 5 - 10 more minutes, then they get deleted again automatically. I am really desperately trying to get this solved, but I am out of ways and knowledge of doing so. Any assistance will be highly appreciated. I tried that and it did not work unfortunately. When I replace the file, the site works but then it gets deleted again automatically. I tried installing different versions, with no luck. SmartDataSoft
@Hendrik1993 Did you set full site files permission , it will good if you run that via ssh command line. Secondly, Please disable any module related to pdf or invoicce and check. It will better if you clone the site and then disable all non PrestaShop module and check and one by one enable them. Thank you
joseantgv
I think that some process of your server (like an antivirus or similar) detect these files as suspicious and delete them. I'd contact the hosting. Edited December 17, 2021 by joseantgv (see edit history)
