Link variable to customer choice

Hello,

 

let me add some context.  I work for a delivery company and in function of where the customer is, he will have a 

predetermined delivery man and predetermined days of delivery. So i want to link the location with these two variables.  Only the second one will be visible by the customer. Each delivery man got 2 days of delivery in the week for the location he is assigned to. See tge shema attached.

Do you have any ideas on how i can do this ?
