Error al migrar los archivos de prestashop: failed to load external entity

hola, recientemente migre mis archivos de prestashop, unas vez cargados los archivos, me salta un error 500 en la pagina 

entrando al modo depurar via ftp me salen los siguientes logs de errores:

que puedo hacer para solucionarlo? 

 

estoy usando la version  

1.7.7.7 de prestashop

7.3 de PHP
