The amount of base products as the amount of products with the pattern

I am looking for a module that will work like this:
For example, 100 black shirts, size L

In the store, I want to issue 300 patterns of tshirts that will use the base product status, i.e. each of them is to have 100 pieces. At the time of purchase of a product with a pattern (printed tshirt), the stock of all other products with a pattern will be deducted by the amount that the customer orders.

i don't think so ndiaga. Modification sure, module sure but not configuration in my opinion. 

First of all, Prestashop in the default configuration does not allow, as far as I know, to assign inventory levels to attributes or functions.
