Valentina Calzature Posted December 11, 2021 Share Posted December 11, 2021 Hello, I have PS 1.6.1 - Leo Alaska theme When try to subscribe to the newsletter from frontend , with Newsletter Blockmodule, it alwats gives me "invalid email address" error. However, If I go in advanced settings in PS and in "email" I see loads of emails entered by customers. how is that possible? And, how do I check that the opt-in works? SmartDataSoft Posted December 13, 2021 Share Posted December 13, 2021 Hello, I have investigate in your site and found that when click the newsletter module button, it auto refresh the page and then show error. I think the error is inside the code module. You can check your theme overwrite the newsletter module template, you can rename that and check some time code module overwrite from theme made this issue. I have renamed the theme newsletter module, now the website uses the native newsletter module, but it has the same error (email not valid). I don't know if I have done the right thing?
