(SOLVED) Wrong order number in cart Error 500

Hi

I have a big problem, the clients cant buy in site and give error 500

Because the number of order is wrong, prestashop give a number  of one order from 2012, I have cheked the counters on database and are ok.

Can I delete all orders from database, ands carts?

 

Can some one help?

Is there any information in your server logs to explain the 500 errors?

Speaking from experience, deleting orders and carts from the DB is a very bad idea because there are many other DB tables linked to them.

The log have lot's of this error only.

Frontcontroller::init - Cart cannot be loaded or an order has already been placed using this cart

You said you've checked the counters in the database, I'm assuming for ps_orders.

Have you also checked the counter for ps_cart?

Yes, I have checked, and the counters are correct, if you see in image, sometimes the order number is correct and costumers can buy, but sometimes the order number goes mad.

I have solved this problem.

I have buyed a Module por delete carts and orders, after delete 1000 orders, the site begins to work normaly with correct sequence.
