[Solved] No reply from prestaShop after 30 days

It's more than a month that I'm trying to contact PS in order to use this e-commerce platform for my customers, but I had no reply at all.

I used your site form, your support email and the live chat of PrestaBox.

I was only able to get your support pricing list from the kind girl at PrestaBox, but nobody replied to my request for further explanation about your services.

I'm really disappointed!

Is this the standard level of PrestaShop Customer Service?

What I have to do to get in touch with you, have my questions answered and start to use PrestaShop?

Hope finally to find some help on this forum...............

If you have a specific question or problem, post it properly:
* Don't uppercase the entire title, or it will be zapped.
* Use the title to describe the problem or pose a question.
* Include all the information about your setup (PS version, server etc..)

Thanks, but are you a staff member of PrestaShop team?

In fact I need both commercial and technical info from PS about their support plans, I contacted them many times via mail or web form but after about 30 days I didn't get any reply!

I was only able to chat live twice on PrestaBox and they promised me to forward my messages to PS team in order to get asap a reply.

But again nobody replied me......

It depends on what you want to ask, if you have questions regarding software from the addon store, you should use the contact form on that page.

PS team does not offer general support for general questions, that is what the forum is for, if you have any bugs or feature requests, use the bug tracker.

simply I have intention to start using PS as the e-commerce platform for my customers, so I tried to contact them with some commercial and technical questions in order to be sure that PS is the righ product for my needs.

but after 30 days and many attempts nobody replied me.

Here my questions, I'll be happy to get some answers here.

Question #1 was a commercial question.

2) I need a certain level of customization as for themes and appearance of the online store, will your Bronze Plus Support be enough to do that (we have the graphics, HTML, CSS, etc. skills needed) or we'll have to buy a custom theme?

3) browsing your Live Shops page, a customer found of his liking the site top couteaux com and its theme.
Will be possible to get a similar lay out/theme (surely more simplified)? and what will be needed in order to do that?

4) if we want to use Visa, Mastercard and PayPal as payment methods, will your payment module be enough or there will be any additional cost or module to buy?

2) I think you have the "Bronze" certification of agencies confused, there is no free support / help with customizing a theme, you can hire a developer to help out if you don't know how to, you can also ask specific questions in the forum (after you search that they were not asked and answered before).

3) Prestashop does not offer this, you can try to contact the shop you like and ask them about the theme, although most decent shops either build their own custom theme, or customize a pre made one.

4) It depends on which payment gateway you use, PS comes with a few free payment modules, and other which you can purchase.

According to the received PS pricing list (Offre support et installation Prestashop Février 2011) "Modifications graphiques ou du code du thème" are included with "Support Bronze Plus".

Still no reply from PrestaShop.

I even called them explaining what I need and forwarding my mail with questions.
Never heard back from them.

By chance I was in France and just in Paris the exact day that they had the Prest'Apéro.
So I went there, where I met the PrestaShop team and I knew one of the founders.

Very kind and smart guy.
He gave me his personal email, so I mailed him last Friday.

Hope finally to get answers needed and to start using PS asap.
