avidcycles
Hello, I use a third party software for inventory and price management. I listed products on my Prestashop website and they importred into my third party software. I tried to update price in the third party software, and this cause the product to completely disappear from Prestashop! My third party sotware doesn't have any destructive API calls. What do you all think could be the issue here? Thank you!

Yes, the third party is trying to update the price. Are you suggesting that they should or should not block the IP?
