PrestaShop use different package like symphony, email and other package each version they fix bug and update those package where security patch ,bug fix and optimization apply. SmartDataSoft Posted December 11, 2021 Share Posted December 11, 2021 @Nickz This is true in some area, Many developer leave from PS due to this major change, as 1.7 development is not easy than 1.6.x right now still 1.6.x code base module work fine in 1.7.x from my experience, run a project without a good framwork is so much difficult to adapt for future technology and fix issue time to time and apply new technology. That is why we have move our some sass project from raw php to fremwork to manage better and concentrate in business logic rather than bug fix, issue in the php code. This is a good point of view. Thanks for your opinion. I only manage small projects and crew, so I myself prefer raw languages to frameworks, despite I know one should use framework... Do you think its wise to radically change a working product into a all new model? Usually a new management has such ideas which in my eyes go against the don't screw around in a working system.
