Do you block those with your browser? Have you checked?

If not: Version PS Shop? Since when does it happen?

I tried in different browser and different divices, it is prestashop 1.7.6

this just happened in the back end, and first I got error page can not load I refresh then page load but with out the javascript

How are your memory settings? PHP

as default I did not change anything, few month ago  everything was ok

Where do you host your site?

Someone changed something, your server most likely except if you are on a proper server.

it is in siteground for years

Siteground is not a good host for anything in my opinion.

Time to write a ticket ans ask them what they did. Remember the day you noticed and be nice to them.

How can anyone know when kept in the dark about what the server implemented, what are the memory settings of the php.ini. what theme you are using ... and so on. Its easier to read a Crystal ball.
