Error installing prestashop

Hi,

Always installed prestashop normally,
Today i was doing a new installation and it gives error installing at 67% at modules (ps_account), on error log it says file or directory doesn't exist.
Tried prestashop versions 1.7.7.4;1.7.7.5; 1.7.8.1

Tried Php version 7.2;7.3;7.4

Nothing worked.

Can somebody help?

Got the same error, tried 1.7.8.1 and 1.7.6.5 prestashop versions

This seems to be fixed: https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/issues/26838. Successfully started presta with 1.7.8.1 version.

on my side i was working also ...but tried many thing in the end i did had the felling it was this:

For any reason I tried to install today prestashop store again and everything went smooth. Probably something has happened on Prestashop side, not mine.
