Product Lines disappear in the Cart Summary of the Single Page Checkout

I have upgraded my shop (cosmetix.in) from 1.3x to 1.4.0.17 and then to 1.4.1, within the last week.

I had customized many modules and hence had to prepare all files thoroughly for the upgrade.

But now, I have a peculiar problem - In the cart summary (single page checkout), when I add 2 different products, I can see product details in the cart summary, but when I add the 3rd product, the product details disappear, however a line above says - "Your shopping cart contains 3 products"

Note: The order and invoice show product details, only the checkout page does not!

This is a serious problem. Can anyone help? Please let me know which associated css or php or js is responsible for this behaviour.

Prestashop team, please help !!!

I figured this out! The products in the cart are not shown on Refresh when the Terms of Service is checked. This is an intended functionality - I guess !! Prestashop team - pls comment.

To reproduce this problem, try
1. adding products to cart
2. Checkout with Cash on Delivery
3. In the CoD page, choose other payment options

You will come back to quick order page and the products will no more be visible in the cart!!

If you have the same issue and have solved it - please share the solution.
