Multistore emails not being sent externally

Hello,

Ran into another problem with emails and prestashop hopefully someone can help

I have a fully working PS store, and have now enabled multistore. Whilst setting up the multistore I got to the emails section, input new SMTP information and it accepts it, says a test email was successfully sent, however nothing comes through. No emails sent when creating an account / placing an order either.

The emails work flawlessly with my main shop, I have tried using new/different email and also exactly the same details that currently work on the main site, however the second multistore just wont send any emails.

There are no PS errors being displayed. I am not receiving mailer daemon email errors either. 

However, if I send the test email to an email address hosted on my server then it comes through, and if I register an account using any email that I host then I receive the prestashop emails no problem. So very confused as to how this is happening 

 

How can I diagnose this issue and what could I do about it?
