Prestashop - shop does not work on wi-fi.

Hello, can someone help. Have been struggling with my shop for some weeks which gives me the message something like:

"Connection cannot be established to this website. The page took too long time to respond"

I have tried all the following, but nothing works:

• I called my internt provider and they say problem is not in their end
• I re-installed my computer
• I shared hotspot from mobile to computer (page worked for 1-2 hours)
• I logged into the page from another computer but on same wi-fi
• Plugged in internet kable from wall directly into computer

The page is working fine when not on my wi-fi. People sitting everywhere else (outside my wi-fi) seem not to have any problem.

Can some please help????
