Hello everyone,

I would like to know if anyone knows the contact of the developer of this module. I want to update my PS to the latest version 1.7.8.1 and they are no longer active in Prestashop Addons and I can't find them anywhere, I think they don't even have a web page. I just know they are called "Lineven" 😕

Seems like Lineven website is down for a while. You could use, search for other SEO like https://addons.prestashop.com/en/seo-natural-search-engine-optimization/6144-customer-ratings-and-reviews-pro-google-rich-snippets.html#overview

i know it has other rating modules, but i don't know how to upload the old ratings to the new module. and i need one that i can upload to google ads with google merchant center

As the developer is no longer active I would suggest either to look for a dev who can help you with updating the current module or, my recommendation, look for a new module that offers all options you need and contact the developer (before purchasing the module) if he can help you to migrate the old review data.

Rating will rather stay with new module. But before, as suggested, contact the new module developer.
