ramaf Posted November 24, 2021 Share Posted November 24, 2021 (edited) Bonjour, J'ai un gros problème de lenteur : - avec la page d'accueil du blog : sur le serveur de mon agence web, cette page fonctionne normalement, mais sur le serveur en production elle met 50 s. pour s'afficher et le debug profiling donne un querying time de 50 s. - avec une page du BO : /index.php/improve/design/themes/customize-layouts J'ai contacté mon hébergeur mais pas de réponse. le développeur du blog et mon agence web ont regardé mais ils n'ont rien trouvé. Pour eux c'est un problème de base de données ou du serveur. Auriez-vous des pistes de solution à me donner ou le contact d'un expert qui pourrait m'aider ou solutionner le problème. magicbel Posted November 24, 2021 Share Posted November 24, 2021 Bonjour, Poster plusieurs fois la question ne fera pas plus avancer votre problème 🙄 128Mb en memory limit (sujet ci-dessous) est trop court. Pour rappel, Prestashop recommande 256Mb (perso je pousse a minimum 512Mb voir 1024) Si vous n'arrivez pas à avoir le résultat escompté avec votre hébergeur, changez de crèmerie. ramaf Posted November 24, 2021 Author Share Posted November 24, 2021 Merci beaucoup pour votre réponse. J'avais mis memory limit à 512 mais cela n'avais pas changé grand chose. Excusez-moi pour ce doublet du message mais cela fait depuis la mi-septembre que j'essaye de résoudre ce problème... Je viens d'avoir la réponse de mon hébergeur qui a mis du temps à venir car ils ont fait des tests assez poussés ; en gros voici la réponse : la page du blog utilise des jonctions particulières qui sont peu optimisées et qui sont énormément consommatrices en temps et en ressources. La version de mysql (5.6.35) de mon serveur est trop vieille et n'est pas optimisée pour ce type de requêtes. Il me propose de passer en mariaDB 10.5 et ils ont fait des tests concluants. La côte de mon hébergeur avait bien baissé mais là elle remonte d'un coup ;-) Je peux considérer le sujet comme résolu. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
