kenvdvgsm
hello all, on November 16th I've done a 1-click upgrade from Prestashop version 1.7.4.4 to 1.7.8.1. Mainly the update went well, some small finetuning that I did linked to the layout. Just 1 point what is not working, issue with the mails, when placing aan order, the client nor we are receiving the order mail. In the e-mail settings, I took all the input from One.com but I'm still getting the below error: Error: check the mailconfiguration Connection to tcp://send.one.com:465 Timed Out below the setting that I keyed in: e-maildomain --> empty SMTP-sever --> mailout.one.com, also tried with send.one.com SMTP-username --> mailadres from One.com hosting SMTP-password --> password from the mail (password reset has already been done) Encryption --> TLS (also tried SSL) Poort --> 465 I also keyed-in the details from our Telenet mail, but the same message over here. does anybody know what it could be? of what the issue is? thanks in advanced Kind regards Ken Edited November 26, 2021 by kenvdvgsm (see edit history)

TheRaph
Salvation , after contact with my host (one.com), they solved the problem after a manipulation on the server but I have no details. However, the correct settings for sending via SMTP via one.com are: SMTP server -> send.one.com User -> email address hosted at one.com ! Password -> mailbox password used Encryption -> SSL Port -> 465 And tick `` both ''
