Product tooltip problem

Hi all.

I have a problem with the product tooltip.

I do not know why but, it does not display the number of people who are currently watching this product page. Some days ago, it works perfect, and I do not know why it does not work now. It just display the last cart.

I have the same problem. i think it's related to custom themes.

My Product Tooltips module doesn't display anything. I have activated the module and updated the settings.

I have Warehouse Theme. If it's solved already, please share the link?

do you see some errors in browser console related to js scripts?

Thanks so much for getting in touch. 

 

Use of getPreventDefault() is deprecated.  Use defaultPrevented instead.

 

The above is the only error I see when I filter the console for JS errors.
