Not able to access dashboard anymore

Hi,

I recently added some new products to my prestashop (1.7.7.1). Today my webshop was down all of a sudden. I downgraded my php version to 7.3. After this my shop was back online.

 

Only thing now is that I cannot access my dashboard anymore. When I log in I get the following:

How can I fix this?

Did you clean the cache after changing the PHP version?

It looks like that your problem come from a module named ps_metrics.
Try to disable this module directly in your database.

Its not all about what Prestashop requires some modules are not following the version upgrades.

Note that the ps_metrics module is infamous. When you search the forum you will find lots of entries about it.

Consider completely removing the module (with FTP). If you want/need it you can later on install the latest version.

Thanks guys! it is solved! It was the  ps_metrics issue.
