All purchased and many Prestashop modules stopped to work

Hello,

I have an issue the last week. All purchased and many Prestashop modules stopped to work. There is  the option option "download" . When I try to download, the site says that the module has been already downloaded. I cannot change anything in the theme as well.

The situation of this kind has happened already several weeks ago, and couple of days later the Prestashop team has sent the communication that it was a hacker attack. Several days the modules were  working without any problems without any my interfere. Today for a couple of hours the modules were accessible, but then they sort of dissapeared again.

I have contacted the Prestashop service, but they said that it was the problem of modules and I needed to talk to their developers (ridiculous, because also native modules are not accessibile and the modules are from different developers ).

Nothing has been done on the site. I appreciate any ideas how to sort out this problem.
