Actualizando de 1.7.6.5 a 1.7.7.8 -Error "Internal Server Error " jqXHR: "

Hola,

Llevo tiempo tratando de actualizar mi tienda mediante "1 Click Updagrade" y me ha sido imposible, pues siempre obtengo el siguiente error:

Internal Server Error

Busque información y encontré que la solución al problema es "Ampliar el tiempo de ejecución de php y de fastcgi en el subdominio", por lo que solicite ayuda a nuestro proveedor de hosting, quien realizó lo pertinente, sin embargo el error sigue mostrándose.

Alguien puede ayudarme con este problema?
