Error 504 gateway timeout nginx

Good afternoon,

I am having a problem with my Front Office and Back Office wich i cannot access them because i get an error of gateway timeout nginx. I have tried everything in my reach and i even contacted the hosting provider but they only tell me to open a static html page just to check if it opens correctly but how can i open a html static page if i have a error 504 gateway timeout. I really need some guidance here if possible.

(Note: Sometimes Front Office works for a limited time but cant access back office at all)
