Prestashop 1.7 Backend with strange problem

I am in a situation that has never happened to me before.

I have prestashop 1.7 and by accessing the backend as you can see from the images I have attached there are various situations that do not work.

The 3 dots do not allow me to delete the product

I select the products and if I click on Mass Actions it does nothing. Right now it doesn't even allow me to filter by category.

I specify that I was some version before and thinking that an update solved the problem is now at version 1.7.8.0
