Petter Enge
Hello I am running Prestashop version 1.7.7.3 I suddently discovered that it was impossible to log in or create a customer account from front office. No error. Filled in information in all the fields but it was not accepted by the software. No error or message. I then went into backoffice as admin and looked at the costomers info. In the customer information there was no field for password. It should be a field below e-mail address that you could type in a password in order to give the customer a new password. But there is no such field. Look at the screendump. Can someone please help me on this as with this problem I loose new customers every day. Thank you. Petter Enge
No I have not installed any module that is supposed to deal with the customer account. I have a third party theme but I have switched to the classic theme that comes with Prestashop but that did not change anything. Thank you for your reply. Petter Enge
I have now deleted cache in both Performance and under VAR/DEV and VAR/PROD Did not help. I also tried another browser to see if it was something about my browser cache but it was all the same. Yes if you can do this for me that would be wonderful. What do you need then ? Petter Enge
I have deleted all modules via ftp (backup first) except ps_ modules and that seemed to help. Just need to test some more. If that helped I just need to find out what module that caused this. Let me work on it a bit to see if I can work this out, if not I will contact you again and let you look at this for me. okay ?
