Procedi con il checkout

Buonasera,

Sono su PS 1.7.8.0.

Succede che inserisco un articolo nel carello, procedo col checkout e mi rimane nel carello.. Sia come cliente , sia come ospite visto che ho attivato tale possibilità.

Succede anche entrando le mie credenziale di accesso come cliente, mi va su una pagina bianca con scritto: Questo problema spesso è causato dal blocco o dal rifiuto dei cookie.

Ho quindi svuotato i cookie dal browser, pulito il cache di PS ma niente. Quando torno indietro nella navigazione, sono sta riconosciuto dal sistema e resulto logato. Pero se vado nel mio account, torna sulla stessa pagina bianca con la stessa scritta.

Ho dato un occhiata al checkout di PS, é tutto ok..

Qualcuno ha un idea a riguardo..

je suis sur PS 1.7.8.0

J'ai un problème au moment de l'achat d'un produit. Je mets le produit da mon panier, je continue pour le checkout.. et rien ne se passe, je reviens dans le panier.

Puis je ne parviens pas a entrer dans mon compte client. le login fonctione mais dans les 2 cas il se passe: dans un premier temps j'arrive sur page blanche avec ecrit ce probleme est souvent du au bloque ou refus des cookies.

J'ai donc vidé les cookies du browser, vidé le cache de PS mais rien y fait..

Je ne sais que faire..

Si si , Firfox, Chrome e Safari.

Non so, a volte mi inserisce i prodotti nel carello, entro nel carello porto avanti il checkout, fino a superare la scelta dei corrieri poi si blocca.. e a volte nulladi tutto cio.. Ho aperto un ticket dal mio host a volte.. Visto che sembro l'unico ad avere quel problema.. Solitamente si trovano altri in giro per i vari forum.. li no... non mi torna..

Ciao, puoi provare ad abilitare il debug. Potrebbe esserci un messaggio di errore nascosto.

Ciao, nella directory var/cache/ cerca il file 34c39efa066cccca1e4c086b54e173a790813a82_2.file.cart-detailed-totals.tpl.php in tutte le sue sottodirectory e controlla cosa c'è alla riga 57 per capire cosa c'è che non va nel file originale (questo è solo quello della cache) . Praticamente PS nel file originale si aspetta un array, ma gli è arrivato un NULL quindi va in errore.

Risolto. Era un problema di compatibilità del theme con la versione 1.7.8.0  doveva essere compatibile e invece.. ora va tutto.. Grazie per l'aiuto comunque
