Disable carrier if weight is too low

Hi all,

I've just set up a new carrier for collection of heavy goods and set the weight limits to 25.1-10000kg thinking it would not show if someone ordered something below the 25kg limit.

It still shows.

Is this a bug, or is there a way of not showing a carrier when the order weight limit is too low?

(My other weight limited carrier is working fine as the weight increases, it is getting disabled)
