Après 2 semaines sans réponse de PrestaShop, j'avais tenté plusieurs styles de message dont le remboursement (pour solliciter une réponse), voici ce que le développeur d'un module (MigrationPro acheté il y a 14 mois 2020-07-15) m'a répondu :
Hello Dear Customer,
We hope you're doing well.
PrestaShop Addons changed its policy and now if your Business Care (replacement of Zen Option) has expired, you need to re-purchase the module and you cannot download the old one.
Unfortunately, we cannot help you with anything, for any questions related to this change, please contact the PrestaShop Addons support service.
