Translation Frontend, find translation and best praxis.

Hi all,

when I want to change a word, we have in Presta-Backend the menu-point
"international" -> "translation".

But, what is the fastest way to find the word there?

Example: In the top right of classic-theme frontend I can find "Sign in".

How I can find it to change this text? Is there a best praxis way or only the 
"Searching for a needle in a haystack"?
