Andi111
Hello everyone, I have created a new shop. In this new shop I would like to import the orders and customer data from the existing shop. With the help of the information in the database of the respective shop, I was able to copy the orders and the customer data into the new database. This has worked so far, if you log into your customer account you can see your previous orders. But strangely, you don't see the orders placed so far in the BO. I cannot find an entry in the database that refers to the order display in the BO. Could it be that a file in the shop folder on the FTP is responsible for this? Can anyone tell me whether there is a special table in the database for displaying orders in the BO? If so, what is it? Greetings

Andi111
Hi Daniel, backoffice. I mean the admin area. I did it now. It was because the customer address was not yet in the new database. Now the orders are displayed to me. I tried something to see if there were any more errors. If I want to manually place an order, this error message appears as soon as I want to add a product to the shopping cart: An unexpected error occurred. [PrestaShop \ PrestaShop \ Core \ Domain \ Cart \ Exception \ CartException Code 0] PrestaShop version: 1.7.7.8 PHP version: 7.3 Do any of you have a solution to the problem?
