Apply price dscount for each customer and category

Hello everyone, I would need to apply a price list with different discounts for each customer for each product category, for example:

Client Mario Knitwear (5%) Shoes (10%) Accessories (7%) etc ..

Client Luca Knitwear (7%) Shoes (5%) Accessories (3%)

and so on for each client

I would not like to create a group for each client, there is a method / module to do this
