new install crashed

i have installed the alt 1 theme once again and it completely trashes my install. this is really frustarting when you follow the install explicitly and error occur

my template loader module now no longer apperas. my site looks like

and i cant find out how to uninstall this problem theme.

now, how long before someone answers.....someone that can help and not bitch about my cussing out of complete frustartion with so called ope source or half source i guess
