Problem on installing the second shop

I have created my first prestashop website and have it hosted as the primary domain in my web-hosting company. Today I am creating my second website, it is an add-on domain in the same web host.

My problem -
I copied all the contents from the primary domain to the add-on domain, because I wanted to use the existing settings and theme from the primary domain. As the products in these 2 domains will be quite different eventually, I have created a new mysql database for the add-on domain, I have changed the linked information of the database from inside prestashop.

But after this, every time when I type the add-on domain name, it always show the primary domain name in the browser, although the content has been changed to the add-on domain's contents.

Does anybody know how to fix this problem?
