Update from 1.3 to 1.4.1 backend is not showing properly

Hello,

I have upgraded my store to 1.4.1 because there where a lot of changes between 1.3 and the last version.
but now the shop wont show up properly.

The front end is blank, it has a template for the 1.4 version.
The back end is another story, it is showing up but its a little different then usually ( see attachment )

Probably it is a css problem ? but i don't know where to search

I also play with prestashop 1.4

I managed to upgrade the presta 1.3 to 1.4 with 1.3 template.
I understand that you have updated the store also but you have also new template for 1.4.

So which step went wrong?
1) udate to 1.4 ----> did you check if all if okey?
2) instalation of new template.

I know that there is some problem with when you have template 1.4
