Attributes groups duplicated when importing

Hi guys,

I am facing an annoying problem. We are creating a group of attributes, for example Color, with several values (red, blue, black etc).

When importing bulk from xls, the group of attributes duplicates and also the values.

Anybody encountered the same problem and found a solution for that?
