Product Designer That Allows 1 input over multiple text areas

I have a stationery store and we are looking for a designer addon that will allow a user to input a text value, which is then displayed on the product image in multiple text areas.

Our label range consists of multiple labels per sheet and we want to display to the user what this sheet will look like if they input their name for instance.

I have worked my way through most of the addon designers out there but I don't see one that can do this specific feature.
