Create a new Field in Register Form by installing mymodule

Let me explain, I would like that, when installing my module, it adds a field in the registration form, without modifying the source code of the registration form, all from the install function of my module.

I don't know if there is such a possibility, since the other examples in this same forum tell you that you must modify the source code manually, and what I am looking for is to do it automatically when installing my module.
