errore durante l'installazione 2006 MySQL server has gone away

al 67% in fase di installazione moduli aggiuntivi provato sia con prestahop 1.7.7.8 stable che con 1.7.8 stable ricevo il seguente errore

Qualche suggerimento su come risolvere? Ho già provato a modificare vari parametri del server in configurazione PHP

Ciao, solitamente questo problema avviene quando MySQL diventa così lento da smettere di funzionare e quindi andare in errore. Contatta il tuo provider e faglielo presente.

Helo I have the same problem. The problem is the server memory off mysql. I resolve this problem to intall wampserver in my pc and intall de prestashop local. install ok no errors and run ok no problems. Next ftp all files to server an export DB local and uploud in server change the conection and all is ok.
