How to apply cart rule on shipping cost?

I am trying to use wallet amount to purchase order, so I am creating a coupon code and applying on cart. but cart rule is not applied on shipping fee.

PrestaShop only allows you to offer free shipping, but not a discount on shipping fee.

So how can we use wallet system for placing order.

for example-

I have $200 in my wallet and my order is $180 and shipping charge is $20, I am creating a cartrule of $200 amount and appling but it's showing $180 as discount and need to pay $20. but this order should be free

You should create a cart rule for 180€ + Free shipping (20€). 

But I suppose that your shipping rates are variable, so there's not an easy solution for this.

Currently it is not possible to achieve the functionality which you are looking.
You have to modify the Cart.php file according to your requirement. If you don't have any knowledge about the PHP code then we suggest you to hire some developer for this functionality.
