Namtechglobal Posted September 30, 2021 Share Posted September 30, 2021 Hello guys, We need some help with the Contact Us section, we need to receive the text literally as the user sends it. Example, if somebody sends some text using 2 or 3 spaces between words, we need to receive it exactly the same, right now we receive the text with just one space between words. Example: - User send message in Contact Us: "First second third" (using 3 spaces between words) - Text received on backend: "First second third" (with just 1 space between words) As you can see from the attachement Our HTMLPurifier Library is Disabled, we already chequed on the database that PS_CONFIGURATION has 0 as value for HTMLPurifier.
