Show/Hide links list footer website prestashop on smartphone.

Hello everyone,
I have a problem at hand that is not easy to solve.
My Prestashop Home page at the bottom shows the list of links open straight (Image 1) but on the mobile it appears hidden (Image2), someone can tell me how I can do so on the mobile not to hide the list.
