Implementation conversion pixel from external affiliate network

Hi all,

I have find a topic regarding this issue in the archive (from 2013), but not sure if its still working the same way.

I want to implement a conversion pixel from an external affiliate network.  We want to work on revenue share.

 

This is their pixel:

Where do i have to implement this pixel and what are the variables I have to add in the pixel.

 

Payout= total revenue of the order excluding VAt and shipping costs

adv_sub1= is order id from the store

currency= currency.

 

I am currently using V1.7.5.
