rmturner Posted September 28, 2021 Share Posted September 28, 2021 (edited) I'm using Prestashop 1.7.4.3 and PHP version is 7.1 I haven't done anything to the site in the backend but 500 errors just started in. I'm pasting the results of debugging because I couldn't upload a 200kb screenshot. The site is collectibleartwear.com (1/1) ContextErrorException Warning: Declaration of BWDisplay::setTemplate($template) should be compatible with FrontControllerCore::setTemplate($template, $params = Array, $locale = NULL) in Display.php line 49 at ErrorHandler->handleError(2, 'Declaration of BWDisplay::setTemplate($template) should be compatible with FrontControllerCore::setTemplate($template, $params = Array, $locale = NULL)', '/home/collect/public_html/modules/lgtagmanager/backward_compatibility/Display.php', 49, array())in backward.php line 39 at require_once()in backward.php line 39 at require('/home/collect/public_html/modules/lgtagmanager/backward_compatibility/backward.php')in lgtagmanager.php line 41 at LGTagManager->__construct() at ReflectionClass->newInstance()in Container.php line 127 at Container->makeInstanceFromClassName('lgtagmanager', array('lgtagmanager' => true))in Container.php line 160 at Container->doMake('lgtagmanager', array('lgtagmanager' => true))in Container.php line 173 at Container->make('lgtagmanager')in ServiceLocator.php line 60 at ServiceLocator::get('lgtagmanager')in Module.php line 1091 at ModuleCore::coreLoadModule('lgtagmanager')in Module.php line 1071 at ModuleCore::getInstanceByName('lgtagmanager')in Hook.php line 837 at HookCore::exec('displayHeader')in FrontController.php line 552 at FrontControllerCore->initContent()in IndexController.php line 37 at IndexControllerCore->initContent()in Controller.php line 255 at ControllerCore->run()in Dispatcher.php line 428 at DispatcherCore->dispatch()in index.php line 28 Edited September 28, 2021 by rmturner putting in link to damaged site (see edit history) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
rmturner Posted September 28, 2021 Author Share Posted September 28, 2021 I finally fixed it by disabling friendly URLs and re-enabling them in Shop Parameters/Product Settings and Traffic and SEO Settings, which recreates .htaccess. This has been happening once a month on another site I have using PS 1.7.5. Yeah, it works, but I would really like to know how to fix it. Thanks.
