Add product button is not displaying at BO

I updated to version 1.7.7.8. Should be a button to add a product at the order page? There is just a discount button

PS 7.4 is not guaranteed to work with PS 1.7.7

The button "add product"  isn't displayed with ver 7.3  too.

Did you cleanse the cache after changing the PHP version?

Yes, I did  but the button is still not displayed

I have the same issue (version 1.7.6.7). I tried to upgrade to version 1.7.8 but the same, only discount button. Please some one help with this issue. I found other topic with the same problem, but nobody give an answer. On my test server with the fresh install (ver. 1.7.6.2) this button available.

It might depend on the order status e.g. if it is delviered already you can't add products

This is not an issue, if your Order's Status checked with Delivery = Yes -> "Add a product" will not displayed.

This button only show if an Order's Status does not delivery.

You can not add or modify products in Prestashop if the Delivery has already been made. Changing the status to an already delivered order will not help either.

Order delivered = The order has been at least once in a status which has "Delivery" set to "true", as in the above example.
