Filter products in backoffice 1.7 version

Hi, i am trying to hide some products in my store backoffice.

The solution that I had thought was to hide them by the product ID; hiding it if they are out of stock is not a valid solution for me.

I know that there is a filter for the product ID that can be set, but I would like to set it without change it manually each time, not know if change the sql before listing the products is the solution.

Any suggestion? Mi shop is a PS 1.7.7.8
