I also need there are mutiple quantity selectable, do you know a module for this?

I cut the part I was referring.
There are various quantity selector I can select, each with a specific price for unit and input box where you can insert a quantity.

i don't see any modules do this quantity selector , or you can use the native of prestashop with specific price just decrease price with quanity

Sorry for the delay @Open Presta, In the end i made it with the special prices. I customized the product page with js and css to render the page like this.
