Backoffice > categories > pagination not working (PS 1.7.7.8)

Hello

In BO I do list categories by setting "Displayed" to "Yes".
Below list of categories I set number of items each page to show to "10".

This way my 13 categories are supposed to be listed on two pages:
Page 1 = 10 categories
Page 2 = 3 categories.

If I access Page 2, the 3 categories are not listed, instead I get "No records found".

If I set number of items each page to "20", then all 13 categories are listed.

I have reproduced this on 3 PS installations (all 1.7.7.8) so far.
