Add Phone number in mail order status

Hello

I create a new order status called SMS and it linked to new mail template sms.html/sms.txt

I added {delivery_phone} {delivery_phone_mobile} but the number phone does not show on mail 

I'm using PS 1.7.7.7 so any idea please to add the phone number of customer
